+ A resource to improve upon… ALLIES Mission-plan speakers, trips, and activities that will promote a better understanding of the LGBT population within the teachings and doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church.

+ The LGBT Community Center can help. “working toward a society free of homophobia and gender oppression by advancing the respect, human rights and dignity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.” Your mission will be furthered by helping our campus with the added benefit of expanding your resources to include students (ex volunteers, fundraisers…)

+ The Approach 1. Awareness-Expose them to the idea 2. Interest- Our ideas must arouse the individual 3. Evaluation- We must make it so the idea is seen as potentially useful to each individual 4. Trial- The individuals will try the idea out on others 5. Adoption- Final acceptance of the idea after successfully passed through the four earlier stages
