2012 Work Plan Accomplishments General Accomplishments by the PTWG and SCOM Sustained a high level of maintenance interest and involvement in the area of System Preservation. Promoted the Transportation System Preservation Technical Services Program (TSP 2 ) and the Regional Pavement Preservation Partnerships. Promote the utilization of the National Center for Pavement Preservation for research management.
