WHAT SHOULD YOU DO TO GROW YOUR HAIR FAST To grow your hair quickly you must message your hair for ten minutes every day. When you wash your hair you must wash it with head bent forward. When you wash you must wash with hot water. But this won’t do good for the skin.

T YPES OF HAIR S TYLES There are a lot of hair styles. But unfortunately not all hair styles are healthy. There are curly, short, wavy straight, long and a lot more.

S KIN

I NFORMATION ABOUT THE SKIN ▪ The skin is the heaviest organ in the body.  Skin acts as a waterproof, insulating shield, guarding the body against extremes of temperature, damaging sunlight, and harmful chemicals.  Skin is made up of three layers. The outermost is made from the tough protein (also the material in hair and nails). It takes roughly five weeks for newly created cells to work their way to the surface.

T YPES OF SKIN  There are five basic skin types: Normal skin,Dry skin,Oily skin,Combination skin,Sensitive skin. . Your skin type is determined by how much-or how little-oil your skin produces.  Human skin colour can range from almost black (in skin with very high concentrations of the dark brown) to nearly colourless (appearing pinkish white due to the blood vessels under the skin). Skin colour is determined primarily by the amount and type of melanin. Variations in skin colour are mainly genetic in origin.
