2 Context e-Business and e-Commerce are present everywhere, in large or small enterprises Tax administrations need a sufficient level of confidence to legally accept electronic transactions The invoice is the most important document exchanged between trading partners… …but still the weakest link in the electronic trade chain Companies need to maximize the benefits of the electronic trading
