Box 246 Montgomery, Texas Fax Granite Installation Costs The following granite selections are $34.95/sq. ft. installed, including 1 ½” bullnose edge:  Sunset Yellow  Terra Cotta Khaki  Mountain Green  Nutmeg  Suede  Baltic Brown  Slate Red The following granite selections are $39.95/sq. ft. installed, including 1 ½” bullnose edge:  Chestnut  Black Dusk  Giallo Ornamental  Santa Cecilia  Tropical Brown  Uba Tuba  Baltic Red All above pricing includes: material, fabrication, installation, and sealing of granite on prepared surfaces (plywood). Undermount sink application: $ Includes cutting, polishing, mounting customer’s sink, and drilling necessary holes for desired faucet. Drop in cutouts: $75.00 each Additional charges, if applicable and quoted separately, include:  Any tear out of old counters and backsplashes  New or redecking  Alternate granite edge profile  Light carpentry work desired, (raised bar, lower bar, gussets, etc.)  Re-hook of any plumbing  Re-hook of any cooktop  Tile backsplash installation labor  Any special or unusual counter configurations that create a lot of waste  Any color of granite we do not stock We will come out upon your request to your site to measure and provide you with an estimate of costs. Upon your acceptance of the estimate, we will generate a contract for services requested. You will need to have all new sinks, faucets, cooktops, etc., on the job at time of installation. If you request a tile backsplash, we will provide you with the footage required and you will purchase the material along with the grout desired and have it at the job at time of installation. Terms: 50% down, balance due upon completion. Minimum lead time of seven days required.
