From the design I had to go with a hood for my island so I had to match as close as I could and this hood goes very well with my cooktop

9. Cabinets and handles
I went with the shaker white cabinets for the simple concept and the contrast to my dark appliances and countertops
I chose these satin nickel cabinet pulls to match with my kitchen sink

I really love how the tile pops off the wall and gives depth in the wall

The simplistic feel to the plain color really helps draw attention to the surrounding features

The grey with the little rustic feel pulls the modern out of the bottom part of the kitchen and contrasts well
