Visual Journaling Practice E.Lyon

Starter You do not need your folder Today you will be making another painting in a day, but this time with watercolor and pen Please wait for instructions – When the bell rings be ready to listen No talking Thank you

Last Class Made websites Finished stencils Those are now late, but you can still turn them in You will need to have all 12 projects done and turned in by fall break in order to start working on your concentration(doing what you want/picking your assignments)

Visual Journaling Eyes will be closed at times You will be asked to visualize something Then open them and draw Do not distract each other with drawing, try to listen to your own thoughts and not others If you talk during this practice you will be reminded not to and then be asked to go outside if you continue

Completing your painting Add color to your tree and the surrounding area Fill the page Make sure your name is on the back or on the front lower corner with the class period on it When you are done, finish any other projects you need to complete-OR- if you are done with all the projects start uploading images to your website

Clean – Up The classroom should look better than it did when you walked into class Make sure brushes are clean and the bristles are facing up Chairs pushed in Art work stored neatly on the drying rack and folder in the folder cubby

Next Class We will be using the mountain piece that we made and starting that project Friday we will start our skull & your spirit creature drawings(more info about that Wed.)

Content Finish any projects you need to complete, you should have 7 projects done after today If you are done with your projects, work on your website(taking photos and uploading on the computers in the classroom) Or – free draw in your sketch book
