Presentation transcript:

Will and Christine were in love! After spending the semester in Sevilla, Spain together they weren’t quite ready to go back to the states yet.

Will came up with the idea for a “Love Tour of Italy.” Spend 2 weeks together traveling Italy until they had to go home.

A tiny wrench in the plans at first. Will already had purchased a Euro rail pass. It would get him to Rome. A travel agent found Christine a student budget friendly alternative route to Rome. She would have to travel on her own and not without a few detours though…

Sevilla Train to MadridTaxi to Madrid AirportFly to Milan Airport Bus to Milan Train Station Then Train to Rome for… Let’s do a #$%&ing “Love Tour” He says.

…the Joyous Reunion! *Remember: they had just come from spending a semester at Spain. LOTS of luggage between the two of them to transport around.

The “Love Tour” of Italy had begun! A few days in Rome…

Several days in Florence… Actually they never saw the real David..$20 Euros per person is killer on a student budget. Especially when you can see a genuine replica in the town piazza!

Then the plan was to train it to Venice to cap the “Love Tour” off.

Will had to validate his Euro Rail ticket. The line was so long though! He had a plan if they were to make the train in time. You start loading all the luggage on the train and I’ll meet you when I’m done.

I’ll need the neck wallet. **Note: All of Christine and Will’s credit cards, cash, and ID’s were in this.

Christine started loading the huge amount of luggage onto the train. A nice Italian passenger even started to help her. Stupid American girls travel with too much things.

Huh? Wha?

OH MY GOSH!!! TRAIN IS LEAVING NOW??!!! Where is Will??? Must get all the luggage off the train QUICKLY!!!

Just then Christine remembered that passengers can board from either side of the train. She quickly made her way to the other side to see if she could find Will. She thought he saw her!

I must make it on!

Less stress now that Will saw her and would come to her right in time to finish unloading. But just then…

Oh no, the doors are closing! Just have to get Will’s back-

-Pack!!!! Will is going to kill me for leaving his backpack on board.

Will? **Choo-choo**

Meanwhile…. Phew just made it. Hey here is my backpack. But where is Christine? You stupid American girl’s friend? She no on train. She fly like bird off it.

What should I do? Why did I give Will the neck wallet? I have no ticket, no money, no ID! I’ll just get on the next train and tell the conductor my problem.

Will being the smart chap he was got off the next stop and immediately paged the Florence train station. But Christine had already boarded the next train. Pagione Senora Graziano

Will then took the next train back to Florence to meet Christine. But of course no Christine there. She had gotten on the next train departing for Venice because that was the LAST train of the day to Venice. Their trains passed.

What luck Christine encountered next. An American who was getting off the next stop and didn’t need his Euro-rail ticket anymore. Christine now had a ticket to Venice!

Will figured out Christine must have gotten on the next train from Florence to Venice since it was the LAST daily direct train there. He set out on a train route to get there. A few detours but it would get him to his love!

What disappointment for Christine to not find Will when she got off the train in Venice. Will? Lover?

Hours and hours passed. Christine imagined the worst had become of her Will. Waiting was agony. She even got accosted by a homeless man trying to steal her luggage! Questa MI CASA!!!!!

Fearing the worst she headed to the Police at the train station to ask for help. But just then…

Christine? Will?

What a feeling indeed!

But since it was so late, the hostel gave away their room

Funny thing about Italy. Italians are suckers when they see true love. It is like having a Black American Express card. It gets you things other currency can not. The hostel owner realized she could help them. She had a friend… We’ll walk the street all night. I’ll kiss you when you get cold. Wow, your hair really is like silk.* All that matters is that we are together. *Note: Love in the beginning makes for really gay conversations Your eyes are like blue moon drops

…who had an attic room she sometimes rented. It was quite an upgrade from the hostel.

And they vacationed in Venice happily ever after.
