Update on Sequestration March 6, Cory Green TEA Chief Administrator Budget reductions will be implemented across most federal education programs with the next state education allocation on July 1, USDE estimate 5% Actual amounts pending Congress to complete work on budget fiscal year 2013 due by March 27, 2013 ©2012 Region One Education Service Center

Update on Sequestration Hold Harmless Provisions –95% of prior-year entitlement if formula children are 30% or greater; –90% of prior-year entitlement if formula children are 15% and less than 30%; –85% of prior-year entitlement if formula children are less than 15%.
