Resource Management Plan  Tier 1 = 120 Nationally defined resources  This inventory is being gathered into a database  Maintenance will be available online  EMAC  Tier 2 = any typing done intrastate  Typing needs to be taking place between entities with mutual aid agreements  Statewide typing definitions will be developed in the coming years *Resource typing is the categorization and description of response resources that are commonly exchanged in disasters through mutual aid agreements.
