Concept to Contract Coordinated Entry for Homeless Families

Coordinated Entry for Homeless Families: An identified single and clear process for homeless families to access services.

Discussion Who is involved in Coordinated Entry? Where is Coordinated Entry being used? What does this mean for your callers? Why use Coordinated Entry?

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU’s) A written agreement between two or more parties. Demonstrate a cooperative effort between parties. It builds trust between parties. These partnerships can assist with bringing in funding/services. Creates a pathway towards future projects.
