-Load of hardware technology for load at top and bottom The average load ( Fig-2 ) that has closed doors has divided all of the loads of doors by average of total loads. The cumulative load ( Fig-3 ) that has opened doors has aggregated all of the loads either to the left or to the right at storage of doors. _Effect of both ( average load ) and (cumulative fatigue load ) upon folding door The loads of doors and/or windows of cumulative fatigue area increase at storing and decrease at closing of doors and windows. The fluctuation of loads shall destroy anchor and/or bolts of top track ( top rail ) of both building and folding door to produce deflection of doors and/or windows. Fig-4 Fig-5 Bottom rail at average load Bottom rail at cumulative fatigue load -hardware for load at top and bottom 1) Put rolling system ( either runner or hardware ) at both top and bottom of folding door 2)Put bottom rail for conversion into bottom rolling system not to give aggregated load to top rail ( Fig-5) 3) Put bottom rail for conversion into top rolling system to have flexible, soft and stable closing and/or opening of doors and/or windows ( Fig-4) -The hardware technology for load of both top and bottom that may vary depending upon hardware as well as load of top rail and bottom rail can extend life of doors and/or windows more than 3 times to be required to assure of system stability in the use

Bi Fold hardware technology ( technology patent ) Scope of application of hardware depending upon load ( Fig-1) ( with hardware -1 ) ( with hardware-2 ) (with hardware-1) (with hardware-3) Load of Ausvaitn hardware Ausvaitn hardware with folded door for opening as well as space expansion has three kind of loads ( see Fig-1) 1. With hardware ( Fig-1) -1 Load of balance, deflection and inclination of both doors 2. with hardware ( Fig-1 )-2 Flexible load of irregularity and unbalance of the weight depending upon deflection and inclination of both doors and odd number door 3. with hardware ( Fig-1 )-3 Balance deflection and inclination of both doors, and stability of the slide of last door The hardware ( runner ) that is a rolling system shall have functions and shapes depending upon load. Ausvaitn with l folding door has hardware(runner) of rolling system that rolls and prevents doors and windows from beinf deformed, and that shall be suitable to hardware load.

Top and bottom hardware( runner) of ( with hardware-1) top and bottom hardware(runner) of ( with hardware-2 ) top and bottom hardware( runner) of ( with hardware-3)

Hardware technology for both loads at top and bottom of ausvaitn(technology patent) introduction of the technology of both loads at top and bottom of ausvaitn a folding door applies force to top rail as well as bottom rail depending upon opening and closing a folding door may produce problems when neglecting force( load) at each area depending upon opening and closing Load of folding door depending upon opening and/or closing can be divided into two: average load and cumulative fatigue load(see figure below) (Fig-2) Average load (Fig-3) cumulative fatigue load

Pg 8: Top rail by each ausvaitn load (top rail at installation height of more than 5.65m) (Top rail below than 4.11m of installation height)

(Top rail at installation height below than 3.52m ) ( Top rail at installation height of more than 4.11m)

Patent of top bottom rail of Bi Fold Name: Top hanger rail of separated folding door Construction: 1.Rail for rolling: Put bolts and/or anchors into the construction to roll hanger of the doors and windows 2. rail for repairing: insert rail for repairing into the rail 1 to fasten, and is used to repair hanger of doors and windows. 3.Decoration bar for exterior use The rail 1 shall have specific strength that is needed to extrude aluminum material and to do heat treatment and cooling for structural strength: 1,2,3 and 4 shall be painted upon demand on-the-spot. Heat treatment is needed at painting of the aluminum and it can weaken rail 1. The decoration bar 3 can skip weakening of rail 1 and paint rail 3 by using paint upon on-spot demand not to do heat treatment and it shall cover rail 1 4. Decoration bar for inner use Rail 2 shall have specific strength that is needed to extrude aluminum material and to do heat treatment and cooling for structural strength 1,2,3 and 4 shall be painted upon demand on-the-spot. Heat treatment is needed at painting of the aluminum and it can weaken rail 1. the decoration bar 4 can skip weakening of rail 2 and paint rail 4 by using paint upon on-the-spot demand not to do heat treatment and it shall cover rail 2

Name: Folding door separated bottom rail Construction 1. Rail for construction The bottom rail produces rolling when rolling systems of door and window is concentrated on the bottom 2. bottom rail frame First installation of bottom rail 1 can introduce foreign materials to destroy it and to create poor running of door and window At this time put rail 2 first and the insert rail 1 at following process to solve problem of first installation of rail 1. Separate rail 1 from rail 2 to adhere to rail 1 and to repair.
