Some have even said it would be better to forget the whole thing.

This arguably goes back a long time...

l Other options do exist. l Hypnobirthing l Mindfulness Based Birthing

Hypnobirthing  Pain = fear  Focus on words  Relaxation

Mindfulness Based Childbirth Education  Based on MBSR  Relate to pain and anxiety  Relaxation

What about another option? l No, not that. ACT Birthing!
