Committe of Regions. Committee Committee of Regions was created by the Treaty of Maastricht in 1994 how consultive organ of the Ministry council and the Commission. Actually, with the entrance in vigor of the Amsterdam Treaty, the Committee of Regions are collected in the article 263 from 265 of the Treaty.
