Committe of Regions. Committee Committee of Regions was created by the Treaty of Maastricht in 1994 how consultive organ of the Ministry council and the Commission. Actually, with the entrance in vigor of the Amsterdam Treaty, the Committee of Regions are collected in the article 263 from 265 of the Treaty. Since this moment it is possible that it is collected by the European Parlament when it want. Actually, Actually, the CDR are composited by 317 representatives of organism local and regional. The maxim number of components in this institution is 344 members. In Spain are organizated in 21 members and in 21 substitutes

The ‘ Table’ It has some competitions: 1. The elaboration of the project 2.The asignation to the commissions of the dictamens and of the expositors 3. The appointment of the high ranking position of the Committee of Regions 4.The aprovement of the beforeproject of budject.

The ‘ Table’ Normally, Normally, the table is gathered before of each Plenary Session but sometimes also it is gathered by the petition of the president by own iniciative or in a petition of her members. The The ‘table’ act how politic motor because it elaborate the politic programme of the COR to the start each mandate. In this way it can to controlate the carrying out of this programme and generally it can to cordinate the work of the commissions.
