 What is the best method of getting data from the vessel to NOAA?  Answer – At this time Inmarsat C and are probably the most widely used and cheapest, but that will change as marine Broadband becomes more cost effective.

 AMVERSEAS vs. Turbowin  I have never used Turbowin so I can’t compare the two products
