Chapter 1- Setting Gordon High School Characters- Laurie- Student at Gordon High School who works on the school newspaper Amy- Laurie's friend Ben Ross- Teacher who starts 'The Wave' Plot- Laurie and Amy went to Mr. Ross's History class. Mr. Ross has to tell his students to do their homework and is not good with technology. Brad- A kid in Mr. Ross's history class. He makes fun of another student names Robert.

Chapter 2- Setting- At Gordon High School in 1969 Characters- Laurie- Student at Gordon High School who works on the school newspaper Ben Ross- Teacher who starts 'The Wave' Plot- Mr. Ross' class is studying World War II and Nazi Concentration camps. Mr. Ross talks about Hitler. The class was sad when they learned that millions of people died during this time.
