On (enter days) I go to speech therapy. I get to have so much fun with (enter speech teacher name). She likes to _____________. We do lots of good __________ in speech class.

When speech class is over I walk down the hallway with a smile on my face because speech was so much fun! I am proud of myself because I did such a great job. When I go back into the classroom I can’t wait to see what the kids are working on. I wonder if I can guess what they are doing? Are they doing math? Are they sitting on the floor? Are they washing their hands and getting ready for lunch? It’s always different every day. When I walk into the classroom I find my teacher and ask her, “What do you want me to do?”.

On (enter days) I go to physical therapy. I get to have so much fun with (enter therapist name). They like to_______. We do lots of good _________ in PT class.

When PT class is over I walk down the hallway with a smile on my face because PT was so much fun! I am proud of myself because I did such a great job.
