Open Content License  Give users right to copy, distribute, modify, display and create derivative works.  Ensures a work based on original work should get license under the terms and conditions of the open content license.  Include the provisions for both commercial and non commercial usage.  Strictly instructs the appropriate credit to be given to the author of the work.  Ensures community participation in content development and distribution.
