NCRLC’s 2 nd Ag-Discovery In 2005, NCRLC embarked on It’s 2 nd Ag-Discovery with Kentucky State University With the on going success of the 1 st Ag-Discovery program with Alcorn State University, NCRLC decided to finance another event with Kentucky State University to reach more students interested in Agriculture.
