UCL LIBRARY SERVICES Open Access elsewhere in Europe  Many other national European countries engaged in Open Access activity  DARE in the Netherlands has created Open Access repositories in all Dutch universities   Cream of Science now available  Contains research outputs of 200 Dutch scientists  41,000 references  25,000 full-text papers available
