<< EEO Laws: Federal Laws << EEO Laws: Federal Laws  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy or national origin.  Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 prohibits discrimination against the disabled in employment and public services.  Age Discrimination Act of 1975 prohibits discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance (Age 40+)
