As such, we foster an environment where all are valued for their unique experiences and abilities and are rewarded for the contributions they make. Understands the communities serviced: As part of the tradition of learning, the KCI continues to seek to learn more about the communities it serves, to foster involvement in the delivery of health care and to be more effective in improving health status (health care, education, quality of life, employment).
