5 Targeted Assistance School Improvement Schools will address issues identified in the Continuous Improvement Process through their School Improvement Plans: District level: –Discovery Education –Math Forward –Credit Recovery –School Quality Review Zone level: –Classroom walkthroughs –Focused professional development

6 Targeted Assistance Mobility Targeted assistance will be provided to schools with excessively mobile student populations to offset the negative academic impact and ensure continuity of program delivery: - A Child’s Place partnership - Differentiated staffing - EasyPEP and EasyIEP - Teacher portal

7 Targeted Assistance Perception Targeted assistance will be provided to schools with neighborhoods within their attendance area that consistently choose placement in schools other than the home school. - PTA/PTSA/PTO partnerships - Neighborhood partnerships - Community outreach - Communications Department
