Agenda Learn how to use Aspen for Medicaid billing Create service on student’s IEP Log service delivery of IEP on Delivery Log tab Set up needed components Run Service Delivery Report

Create Service on Student IEP 1) Add Category that is “billable” service Counseling Skilled Nursing Occupational Therapy Speech Therapy Physical Therapy 2) Staff member needs to have license number listed

Log Service Delivery Two options: Delivery Log IEP > Services > Delivery Log

Set Up Needed Components IEP details has new sub-tab called Medicaid Staff must have Medicaid License number Update therapy codes on the Service Types Reference Table

Service Delivery Report Reports > Service Delivery Run Quick Report and save as.csv file
