Unilevel Compression ► At the end of the month, XanGo™ separates all initial orders from total volume ► Since Power Start commission has already been paid on initial orders, this volume cannot earn Unilevel commissions for you

Then, the remaining volume… ► Remember, we have a consumable product ► Every active distributor will be ordering in some quantity each month

Will Generate….. ► A Unilevel check ► Paid to you based upon your qualification award level each month, Rep, Preferred Rep, 1K, 5K, 20K, or Premier ► Paid on 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 levels respectively ► Plus Compression

Remember…… ► XanGo™ pays 9 levels of commission on each case purchased anywhere in the world ► XanGo™ must pay all 9 levels ► XanGo™ pays starting at the bottom of each leg

Then going upline….. ► Until all 9 levels are paid to a qualifying distributor ► The computer searches upline until it finds a pin level qualifying for each level of commission

Just a quick review ► Reps (non auto order distributors) can earn on only 2 levels ► Preferred Reps can earn on 3 levels ► 1K’s can earn on 4 levels

► 5K’s can earn on 5 levels ► 20K’s can earn on 7 levels ► And Premier’s can earn on 9 levels ► All plus compression ► With the qualifier that a distributorship MUST have ordered at least 1 case in order to earn his/her Unilevel check

And…….. Once a distributor arrives at 20K or above, the requirement to earn their pay check at this level is to purchase two cases monthly

What is compression….? ► Very simply, compression is unpaid commissions seeking an upline distributor who qualifies to be paid ► Lets see how it works…..

Remember……. ► In order to earn any unilevel commission, a distributor must have ordered at least one case regardless of award level ► To begin payout, XanGo™’s computer starts at the bottom of each vertical leg to pay level 1

So……………. The computer simply looks upline until it finds the next Premier, even if it has to go 10, 20 or more levels upline vertically until if finds the next Premier to pay the final 2%

In Review…… No order last month, no unilevel check this month This is the 2 nd biggest reason to be on Auto Order

What’s the biggest reason to be on Auto Order ? To show intent to earn a profit so the IRS tax deductions are available for you to take advantage of

Some “rules of thumb”… As long as you maintain one pin level higher than anyone in your downline, you WILL be paid on every distributor in depth anywhere in the world XanGo™ does business every month no matter how many distributors in depth there are

Example You are a 5K distributor and you have 5 active and growing “legs” in your downline. No distributor is higher than a 1K in your entire downline

You will be paid…. On the orders of every distributor in depth, even if there are 10,000 distributors or more, at least 5% on each order and 10% on the orders that you qualify to earn the 3 rd level on

At 20K…… You can have one 20K in each leg and continue to earn on an infinite number of distributors in depth. 5% of each order and 10% on those you qualify at the 3 rd level of pay for

At 20K…. You continue to earn on every distributor until you have the 2 nd 20K (a second 20K somewhere below the first 20K in depth in a vertical line) in any leg.

Below this second 20K…. You will begin to loose commissions until you reach Premier. BUT only on the orders which have been paid at the 7 th level already.

In all other legs… You still continue to earn on each and every distributor This, “in a nutshell” is why XanGo™ has the most profitable pay plan in existence

The same applies…. To a Premier At Premier you will continue to earn on every distributor until you have 2 Premiers in a vertical line below you (one somewhere under the other)
