My traveling companions were my aunt and uncle. They were raising me, because my mom died when I was two weeks old. We were returning from a visit with my fathers relatives in England. My oldest son was killed in a car wreck in Haverford, while we were traveling in Europe. We were returning from a family European trip for my son’s funeral aboard the Titanic. I boarded Lifeboat 4.

My brother began to cry when we were told that our dog could not join us. My father later boarded Collapsible lifeboat C.
