Started as a PRAXIS student in this area and came back to plant the church. It had been 30 years since this association last planted a new church. Meeting in a funeral home. Has bought land and drawn plans for first bldg. Bill did all of the right stuff. He even used the Jesus video and gave them out to over 1000 homes in this 8000 home community. He launched with 71 in attendance. Now he runs over 180 in worship.
