STL Boeing Conference Center The STL Conference Center is located within the FCS Program Offices within Building 305. It is available to all Boeing programs, even though a majority of the meetings held in the center are FCS. The center can also be used by FCS government and One Team Partners meetings. To schedule the conference center you will need to contact the Conference Center Coordinator, Laurie Davidson at laurie.a.davidson@boeing.com or call 314-306-4019. Conference Center Schedule may also be viewed through Outlook but scheduling is done by the conference coordinator. Please check availability of this space before considering the Executive Briefing Center. Located in Building 305, 1st floor East Wing Entrance is off the main lobby to Building 305 The Conference Center consist of : 4 breakout rooms with seating between 10 -16: Rooms 152, 153, 154, 197 All breakout rooms have data connectivity, projectors, screens, poly cons and white boards, easels and easel pads as well as other supplies are available upon request 4 large conference rooms: Rooms 160, 190 A, 190B, 190C VTC capabilities are available in rooms 160 and 190B, or when 190ABC are combined Room 160 will seat 150, and has a stationary U-shaped table to seat up to 20 and 2 rows of side tables remainder is seating only Room 190 A seats 90, with a standard setting of 4 rows of table/chairs and remainder seating only Room 190 B seats 60, with a standard 18 person U-shaped table and 2 rows of tables and chairs, remainder is seating only Room 190 C seats 75, with a standard setting of 4 rows of table/chairs and remainder seating only Each of these rooms have projectors and computers to operate the rooms equipment, data connectivity, and microphones, supplies and roll around white boards are available upon request. All Rooms must be reserved through the conference coordinator
