Dr.Sunil Shroff 2 Deceased Donation - in India  In past thirteen years approx deceased donor transplants (mostly kidneys) have been performed  Only half a dozen undertake deceased donor transplants regularly  Over 80 % of the deceased donor transplants are done in Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh  In the last 6-7 months AP and TN have had ‘40 deceased donors’ – all time high Approx.200 centres in India have expertise to undertake kidney transplants MOHAN FOUNDATION
