He Was Well Respected. He was known for serving. He was known for benevolence. He was known for being busy. He shined outwardly.

He Was Well Disguised. He was motivated by self interest.. He was a cold, calculated, deceiver. He was a replica of his father, the devil.

GREED John 12:2-6 – “There they made Him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with Him. Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment. POSITION He was thinking revolution. He was thinking power. He was thinking authority. He was thinking “money making machine” He was thinking world domination!
