AS100 Installation Air Tight Solutions The only solution AS100 Valve Stem Adapter Small O-ringLarge O-ring Standard Brass Valve Stem If you purchased your AS100 * complete it will come assembled as shown If you purchased the AS100 without a valve stem 1. Slide small o-ring down valve stem to bottom of threads 2. Insert the valve stem through the AS Slide the large o-ring over the end of the AS100 Rim must be clean and free of any type of debris or rust where o-ring seats (wire brushing is recommended) Insuring that the larger o-ring* stays seated in position - slide the assembly through the valve stem hole of the rim Adapter should appear flush with rim surface not caulked *Do not lubricate o-rings in any way – assembly must be installed dry

AS100 Installation Air Tight Solutions The only solution Hold the valve stem squarely in the rim with constant hand pressure at the bottom of the valve stem Slide valve stem washer* and nut down the valve stem Tighten valve stem nut hand tight to hold valve stem assembly into place *Dome side of washer must be facing nut

AS100 Installation Air Tight Solutions The only solution *Do not clamp above this point or valve stem may be damaged Tighten valve stem nut as shown holding the valve stem from turning with a pair of locking pliers – washer must collapse completely and appear to incase the nut Do not allow valve stem to turn during assembly or o-ring damage may occur Final valve stem recommended nut torque is 20ft. Lbs.* *Do not lubricate threads this is a dry torque This step must be repeated between tire changes – the AS100 does not need replaced each tire change 125 Judith Dr. Venetia, Pa Phone (724) Air Tight Solutions is not responsible for any misapplications or improper assembly and installation of the AS100 * ”Patent No. 6,966,331” © 2003 Air Tight Solutions All Rights Reserved.
