Neighbours, Friends and Families is a campaign to raise awareness of the signs of woman abuse so that people who are close to an at-risk woman or abusive man can help

Everyone in Grey Bruce can… Learn to recognize warning signs and high risk factors and take them seriously Support abused women and abusive men by talking to them and making sure they know about community supports Get involved to prevent violence. It’s just like like getting involved when someone is drinking and driving Contact local service providers or the Assaulted Women’s Helpline if you need help dealing with the issue. Call the police in an emergency

Community Champions Our Community Champions are the heart of the Grey Bruce NFF Campaign. We are honoured to have sixteen volunteer Community Champions to start the campaign. By the end of the campaign there will be many more.

The Grey Bruce Campaign will: neighbours, friends and families recognize abuse, understand the warning signs, and know what action to take.
