She enjoys this happening but she is becoming very aware that she smells differently even though she washes regularly. She is worried that others have noticed and is too embarrassed to talk about this to anyone. 1 What is happening to Sarah? 2 Who might she talk to? 3 What could she do? 4 What advice would you give her?
