THE PROJECT: IMMERSIVE FITNESS The Project: Immersive Fitness™’ is the next level of studio fitness, adding a visual experience to music and group exercise choreography, creating total immersion as part of a shared fitness experience. Les Mills™ has combined expert knowledge in studio fitness with video programming innovation to create a new and truly immersive fitness experience for consumers. ‘The Project: Immersive Fitness™’ is an integration of technology, exercise, education and creative design. Video content is projected onto the screens of a purpose-built studio, and is choreographed with the fitness class movements. In the martial arts tracks you could be kicking a spaceship to destruction. Duck low-hanging road signs and punch oncoming cars as they explode. Grit makes you leap over flying objects.
