Newcastle Presbyterian Christmas Tree Festival

First we went to buy our very own tree at Hales!

We carried it across the road to the church

We had to fix the tree into the bucket in the church.

We got to put the lights on

We fixed our camel garland onto the tree

Our finished decorated P5 tree!

Our Animal tree. “So they (the shepherds) hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger.” Luke 2v 16 This tree represents some of the animals that may have been in the stable where Jesus was born.

Our Key Stage 2 classes visited the festival. There were so many trees to admire…here are some of them.

We enjoyed the exhibition with St Mary’s Primary School.
