Windows 7 What does Windows 7 Offer you?

What is AERO? Windows Aero provides spectacular visual effects such as glass-like interface elements that you can see through. Allows Flip-3D, Thumbnail Previews, Jump Lists, Snap, Shake, & Show Desktop Features

Some Promising Features

Thumbnail Previews When you place your mouse pointer over a minimized application or document on the Taskbar a thumbnail view will pop up which you can make active just by clicking on the thumbnail or thumbnails.

Flip 3-D Feature Windows 7 AERO lets you sort through all open application Windows in 3-D

Jump Lists A list of menu options to an application that is displayed when you right click a taskbar icon and displays items relevant to a particular application.

The Snap Feature Drag a window to the top of the screen to quickly maximize it Also allows you to quickly arrange two windows side by each

The Shake Feature Allows you to keep the active window visible on the screen while minimizing the rest of the open windows.

Gadgets Gallery A special group of applications which can be accessed from the desktop which are tools to perform specific tasks or display information like a clock, slide show, stock listings, RSS feed headlines, & weather.

The Show Desktop Button When you hover your mouse pointer over this button, located to the right of the Notification area, all open windows will turn transparent Then when you click this button, all open windows minimize or maximize

The Taskbar Now acts as a docking station and a great way to place your shortcuts which keeps your desktop less cluttered.
