Next Steps TLC will continue to serve as the facilitator of the YMP, but the plan is collectively owned and implemented by Midland’s youth-serving organizations. The plan includes an exhaustive list of ideas and strategies for achieving the goals set forth in We encourage everyone to review the YMP, as well as the updated metrics, to see if there is something you or your organization can do.
