Maintenance and Service Aids A total solution for maintenance, repair and overhaul

INTRODUCTION A range of maintenance and service aid products are supplied by Electrolube to service OEMs and subcontractor use. Whether it be general surface cleaning, equipment maintenance products or paints, Electrolube have a range of options in convenient packaging: Syringes Tubes Pump Sprays Aerosols Wipes Pens

INTRODUCTION The maintenance range is split into key sections: Airdusters, Freezers and Foam Cleaners Lubricants and Greases General Maintenance Cleaners and Paints Prototyping and Accessories Electrolube can provide a total solution for mobile mechanics and service engineers through the wide range available.

Section 1 Airdusters, Freezers and Foam Cleaners

Airdusters - For the removal of dust and dirt from hard to reach places, photographic and electrical equipment. They can also be used to blast off water or solvents for rapid drying. Freezer Sprays - For the identification of faulty components by rapidly cooling components to well below -50°C. Freezers are available in standard or minimal charging forms, enabling safe use on static sensitive components. Foam Cleaners – Non-flammable products for general surface cleaning. Safe for use on plastic and providing protection against static build up, products are available in different strengths depending on the type or level of cleaning required. AIRDUSTERS, FREEZERS AND FOAM CLEANERS

AIRDUSTERS, FREEZERS AND FOAM CLEANERS PRODUCTS: AFC – FOAM CLEANER CTC – HEAVY DUTY CLEANER EAD/EADI – STANDARD AIRDUSTES EADP/EADPI – ULTRA HIGH POWER GDP – HIGH POWER AIRDUSTER FRE – FREEZER SPRAY MCF – MINIMAL CHARGING FREEZER

AIRDUSTERS, FREEZERS AND FOAM CLEANERS There are two variations of airdusters – upright and invertible: Standard airdusters can only be used in the upright position, tilting at an angle no greater than 60˚ from vertical. Invertible airdusters are designed to be used at any angle. If you invert a standard airduster then it will expel liquid. All Electrolube airdusters and freezer sprays use non-flammable propellants. The standard versions utilise HFC-134a however we have now released two environmentally friendly alternatives utilising a new propellant technology.

EADH AND FREH Property EADH/ FREH HFC- 134a HFC- 152a DME GWP (vs. CO2, 100 year ITH) <15 Photochemical Reactivity (MIR g O 3 /g VOC) Flammability Non- Flammable Flammable The change from HFC-134a Worldwide could save more than 14 million metric tons per year of CO 2 equivalent emissions, comparable to eliminating carbon dioxide emissions from more than 2.5 million cars every year. In terms of air dusters and refrigerant sprays alone, replacing one 200ml standard can of duster containing HFC-134a with the new EADH results in a remarkable reduction of CO 2 emissions of 347.5Kg, the equivalent of flying 1632 air miles (3021 Km).

Section 2 Lubricants and Greases

LUBRICANTS AND GREASES A range of mechanical lubricants and mould releases are available, as well as lubricant products from the standard range in syringe form for localised application. ACL – Adhesive Chain Lubricant AGC – Copper Anti-Seize Fluid CMO – Clear Mechanical Oil DDF – Leak Detector Spray DAS – Silicone Mould Release DGT – Penetrating Fluid DFL – Dry Film Lubricant MPG – Multi-Purpose Grease EPE – Permaguard HTG – High Temperature Grease OSL – Silicone Oil

Section 3 Cleaners and Paints

CLEANERS AND PAINTS A range of high gloss paints, galvanising sprays, high temperature paints and paint strippers are available: PWB/PVB/PBB/PJB/PRB/PNB – HIGH GLOSS PAINTS PNM/PAM – HIGH TEMPERATURE PAINTS PGB/PGM – GALVANISING PAINTS DTP/GRG/GRS – PAINT STRIPPERS/GRAFITTI REMOVERS

Section 4 General Maintenance

The general maintenance range includes an array of products for various applications, including surface mount: ASA – ANTI-STATIC SPRAY BLV/R – BLOC’LUBE HDC – CUTTING FLUID CYL – CYANOLUBE DB1003/1005 – DESOLDERING BRAID HDC – CUTTING FLUID LRM – LABEL REMOVER NSCP – NICKEL SCREENING COMPOUND PLUS MPU – POLYURETHANE FOAM PBS – ANTI-SPATTER SPRAY RRR – RUBBER ROLLER RESTORER SCP – SILVER CONDUCTIVE PAINT SMA – SURFACE MOUNT ADHESIVE SMF – SURFACE MOUNT REWORK FLUX GENERAL MAINTENANCE
