What do we offer? Salary (1EUR = NOK 8) Minimum salary per hour: Daytime: NOK 192 (EUR 24) Evening: NOK 248 (EUR 31) Night: NOK 248 (EUR 31) Additional salary for Saturday and Sunday work: NOK 50 (EUR 6) Extra 12 % salary is paid in June next year based on acquired gross salary (in holiday payment) 5 weeks holiday: 3 weeks in September and 2 weeks in January 9

What do we offer? Example: Gross salary 2014: EUR 55.000. Holiday payment in 2015: EUR 6.600 to cover 5 weeks holiday. For highly skilled and motivated nurses Adecco will offer language courses with the objective of passing the “Bergenstest” (the equivalent of B2/C1). Bergenstest = Qualified to work in a hospital. For nurses in Norwegian hospitals the minimum salary is approximately €31/hour, plus extra for overtime and inconvenient hours (evening, night and weekend). A nurse working a full year in a Hospital, in a 3 shift rotation, total 1854 working hours, will earn approximately EUR 70.000. 12
