THE BUREAU Adoption of reasoned agreement authorising telematic voting. the requesting mp shall be duly informed of this agreement. The agreement of the bureau must specify the following points: the specific items of the plenary’s agenda for which telematic voting has been authorised, since telematic voting cannot be applied to parts of modifications of any given item. the moment in the authorised mp is going to start to cast telematic voting and when it will be concluded. the deadline for telematic voting shall be one hour before actual voting in the plenary sittings hall takes place in the chamber. PROCEDURE In order to be able to cast the vote, authorised mps shall access with their password the intranet of the congreso de los diputados. the identitiy of the authorised mp shall be verified telematically by means of a valid electronic signature certificate Once the telematic vote has been cast, the actual casting of the vote and the sense thereof shall be verified. upon such verification, the telematic vote cast shall be conveyed to the speaker once the actual voting in the plenary sittings hall has begun, so that the result of the accumulated votings can be duly announced REMOTE VOTING
