What is it about Coaching that inspired the BBC to set up an internal network of over 60 coaches?

History may have the answer

In the 1930s a gentleman named George Gallup surveyed his family over the breakfast table interviewing them on their favourite food and pets

About 50 years later Gallup Research conducted interviews with 1 million employees including around 80,000 managers.

Their conclusion?
