E-mails With the development of internet, more and more people use e-mail to chat with their friends and family members, or to do business on the internet, because it is so cheaper and faster than the traditional business letter. Nowadays, e-mail has taken a significant part in business dealings, especially when both parties are familiar enough.

Heading This part includes “TO:”, “From:”, “Bcc” “Cc”, subject and date. In “TO:” and “From:” fields, contact’s name should be formally typed, such as John b Doe or JOHN B DOE. Only accurate and correct addressees of senders’ and recipients’ can make sure the successful communication of both parties. Bcc is short for blind carbon copy. Subject is the main idea of the e-mail and can even determine whether this e-mail will be opened. Text The content of an E-mail is comprised of salutation, body, complimentary close and signature, which are most similar with the arrangement of a formal business correspondence.
