NYS 21CCLC Safety and Health Requirements Programs located in school buildings will be governed by the district’s school safety plan. Programs operating at sites other than school buildings must comply with SACC registration provisions. All staff must be trained and familiar with the school emergency response plan and procedures. Programs must address how students will travel safety to the center and their homes.
