Free Zone Privileges 1. Exemption of taxes for machineries, equipment, and tools which include related items for use in the industries and commercial activities or any other business 2. Products within the kingdom destined for the Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone area, which normally pay export taxes or are exempted from export taxes, will pay VAT rate of zero percent 3. Exemption of taxes for any export-oriented products coming out of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone area 4. Products coming out of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone for use in the kingdom or stocked in product depots or distributed to the importer under Customs Law (19 th edition), will be viewed as importers brought into the kingdom 5. Any products coming out of the Suvarnbhumi Airport Free Zone area for consuming or any similar use will be viewed as products being taken or sold domestically unless those products cannot be used and are meant for disposal 6. Products that do not normally receive tax returns and are not exempted when entering the Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone area for producing, assembling, packaging, or any other related activities, those products will not have to base their pricing in the calculation of taxes 7. Exemption of tax for waste, scrap, and yield loss 8. Goods are able to transfer or obtain from Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone to other free zone. 9. Some of goods production process are able to formulate outside Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone 10. Exemption of regulations or laws related to quality control and industrial standard for goods taken to free zone for producing, mixing, assembling, or processing in order to export to aboard 11. Exemption of taxes through period of time while the goods are in the Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone by without produce formula, bank guarantee, export amount condition and no time limitation in export goods

One Stop Services All related government agencies provided in the one place bring about the most efficient processing in cargo import and export hour Security System Every single square meter of Free Zone is actively monitored by our security guards and close circuit television (CCTV) all day all night. 4. Technology Our operations are managed by a modern Airport Cargo Community System while cargo entrance and departure are controlled by Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. 5. Facilities Our area is equipped by a number of facilities covering food center, shuttle bus, banks, convenient store and etc.

Value Added Activities 1. Trading and Exchanging Trading is to import goods or merchandise to wait in Free Zone for trading within country or with other countries. Free Zone performs as a place to demonstrate goods or merchandise for selling. Benefit : Inventory tax reduction during trading negotiation and the delivery can be done once the negotiation is successful 2. Break Bulking Break Bulking is to import a huge lot of goods or merchandise into Free Zone for breaking up and then distributing to other countries or selling in Thailand Benefit: Transportation cost reduction by using Free Zone as a distribution center 3. Grading or Sorting Grading or Sorting is to import goods or merchandise from many different locations to wait in Free Zone for sorting out by categories, quality, popularity, transportation route or else and then distribute to destinations. Benefit: Import or export duty exemption by sorting goods or merchandise in Free Zone

Value Added Activities 4. Re-packaging and/or Re-labeling Repackaging and relabeling is to import goods or merchandise from one or many sources into Free Zone for repackaging or relabeling before distributing to destinations. Benefit: Cost reduction for importers and exporters by paying only the tax that need to be paid. 5. Partial Clearance Partial clearance is to partially import goods or merchandise from a big lot in different times, waiting the rest before selling the whole in the country. Benefit: Import verification is made easier. Importers don’t have to take burden of import duty in case where the import is not complete. 6. Combining Combined cargo is to import parts of goods or merchandise from different places to wait in Free Zone for making a new kind of goods before distributing them to destinations. Benefit: Cost reduction for goods or merchandise which can be separated into parts. Importers may order merchandise’s parts from different places into Free Zone for combining before exporting in order to reduce transportation cost and import-export duty.
