Neighborhood Stabilization Overlay Residential Height Slope

Neighborhood Stabilization Overlay Neighborhoods typically have a maximum height set by ordinance. Neighborhoods typically have a maximum height set by ordinance. In the R-7.5(A) Single Family District that height limit is 30 feet measured to the top of a flat roof and half way up the slope on a hipped or gabled roof (half the distance between the peak and the eave). Neighborhood Stabilization Overlay The NSO allows us to create a height slope measured from a point in the center of the street to a point on the building line that is either the median height of the homes in the neighborhood or 20 feet.
