6Eric Fede PTB 13 June 2003 Testbed Status overview - Site - Enough site involved on EDG until the end of the project - Enough hardware resources - Enough people - Services - All the services are (and will be) supported - VO - All the EDG VO are supported by more than one site.

7Eric Fede PTB 13 June 2003 User Support Status -Now -By mail on Iteam list (large success) -No real history of the answer -A little bit chaotic but efficient and direct with the expert - By the users support interface ( poor usage) -To slow but structured (topics, key word,…) -Good for the users which discover EDG - Plan until the end of the year - The both system will be supported.

8Eric Fede PTB 13 June 2003 Conclusion The availability of resource will be enough until the end of the project to have a realistic and functional testbed of production. The actual support structure should be enough until the end of this year
