Country-Of-Destination In international e-commerce many countries use a "country-of- destination" approach for governing cyberspace. Country-of- destination is where a shipment is meant to be finally offloaded from its carrier. One example of country-of-destination is when a French judge ordered Yahoo! to find a way to stop French users from gaining access to auctions of Nazi memorabilia. Provide 2 more examples of country-of-destination issues that made headlines. Provide the URL of where the information was found.

Ethics with Children in E-Commerce With the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, the US Government established that the age of a child to be 13. List where you found the informaion.

Ethics with Spam One major difference between European and American web surfers is the expectation of privacy of information. In Europe the Protection of Personal Data Directive strives to strike a balance between protection for the privacy and the and the free movement of personal data within the European Union (EU). In America there is no law that governs how data collected by websites can used. Instead many US companies display privacy pages and give users the ability to opt-in or opt-opt of the selling of their information. Give a short definition of opt-in and opt-out List 2 websites that give this as an option.

Code of Ethical Conduct Having a Code of Ethical Conduct is very important. Luckily, there is a lot of information on the web about how to create one. Write a short Code of Ethical Conduct for your new company. Have fun with it. If you read Google’s Ethical Code of Conduct it concludes by saying “And remember... don't be evil.” List any resources you used to help write it.And remember... don't be evil
