 The Guild is a business association made up of 1,500 companies that integrate the areas of pre-printing, printing and cartonboard and corrugated transformers  We also deal in rigid and flexible packaging

 We have membership in the Spanish Federation in association with Intergraph, Egin, etc (which you may recognize as some of the most important companies in Spain).

 The defense and representation of employers before the administration.  Negotiating legal agreements for members.  Social dialogue.  Putting bills and proposals of legislation / movements forward to various parliamentary groups in defense of the industry.

The Guild also has a distinguished school which specialises in:  Training and development of skilled workers.  Management courses for executives.  It is also a technological Centre.

The objectives of the school are:  The diffusion of technology innovations in our field.  Implementation of ISO, FSC, etc. quality control certificates.  Establishing programs to increase productivity  Software Development Management  Participation in research projects on new materials and media

 We create unity in our sector  Mediate conflicts between companies.  Give our advice and opinion on issues.  Make the power of our sector visible  Draw up feasibility and reconversion plans.

I would like to thank you all for your attention. It has been a pleasure to be here this morning. The Guild is at your disposal and is open to your suggestions, to collaboration and to the development of programs in the areas that I have outlined.
