Aims of the Care Ambassador Project Raise the profile and interest of careers in Early Years, Childcare & Social Care among young people in schools and colleges Highlight the rewards of working in the sector Educate & inform as many people as possible of the wide range of professions, career routes and opportunities Change negative perceptions and dispel myths about the sector

Who are Care Ambassadors? Social care workers, Early Years and childcare workers at various levels of their careers Passionate, enthusiastic & committed Varied ages and job roles Staff who are confident in their role Have a genuine wish to inspire others to consider a career in the sector
