TEAMS Customs Cricket Academy runs following teams:- Customs First Class Cricket Team (Only FBR Team participates at National Level). Customs Veterans Cricket Team (Registered with Pakistan Veterans Cricket Association & participate in all PVCA Tournaments (Five times Champions) Customs Colts Cricket Team (U-19). (Support Players Development Program and participate in local Tournaments) Customs U-15 Cricket Team (Supports Grass Roots Cricket)

REGULAR COACHING AT THE ACADEMY Four days in a week (Thursday - Friday –Saturday- Sunday) a regular coaching being given to the young children of the customs employees as well as the other children in age groups of U-10 – U-14 & U-19 under the supervision of qualified and trained Coaches. SPECIAL COACHING PROGRAM Academy has the facilities to organize separate coaching programs for Schools, Organizations, Associations with the specific coaching syllabus as per their requirement and standard of cricket. 1:1 Coaching Team Preparations for the competitions Player Development Program for U-15, U-17 & U-19) Coaches Development Programs, Level-I & Level-II Skill Workshop for Coaches Fitness Program Organizing Events & Tournaments

Five days basic cricket coaching program for the Sindh Boys inaugurated by Dr.Manzoor Ahmed, the then Collector of Customs (Appraisement). 2. 12 Days preparation and coaching program of Maldives National Cricket Team for ACC Trophy Sharjah-2000 inaugurated by Mr.Khalil Masood, the then Member Customs, C.B.R. 3. 08 Days U-17 International Coaching Program for ICC Development Program (Asia) participants came from eight countries, inaugurated by Mr.Shahid Ahmed, Collector (Appraisement). 4. 40 Days Pepsi Cricket Coaching Clinic, inaugurated by Mr.Hanif Muhammad, Ex-Test Cricketer. 5. 08 Days Basic Cricket Coaching Programme for School Boys (selected from Inter School Cricket Tournament). 6. Three Days Special Coaching Program for Hyderabad boys. 7. One month Special Summer Coaching Program July-2002 8. Preparation coaching course for Quetta U-19 team for National Championship 2002-2003. 9. Preparation ECB Level-I coaching course for the coaches from 28.12.2002 to 1.1.2003, conducted by qualified coaches Mr.Jalaluddin, ECB Level-III and Tutor Level-I & Mr.Shahid Mahboob, ECB Level-III and Tutor Level-I. 10. ECB Level-I Cricket Coaching Course for the Coaches held on 05.04.2003 to 09.04.2003 conducted by Jalaluddin, Iqbal Sikandar and Shahid Aslam. All three are qualified ECB Level-III and Tutor Training. 11. ACB Level-II Coach Accreditation Course conducted by Australian Coaches, Mr.Toot Byron and Darren Holder. (29th March – 3rd April-2004). 12. CRIC HIT Six Weeks Cricket Coaching Program in D.H.A. July-August-2004 13. CCA Level-I Cricket Coaching Course for the Coaches. (December-2004). 14. SERVICES The Customs Cricket Academy is a non-commercial institution which provides the services for development and improvement of Cricket in the country in general and in the Karachi particularly. Following services have already been provided:- 1. Free net practice facility for deaf and dump cricket team (4 days a week). 2. Free net practice facility for Sindh Women Cricket Team (3 days a week). 3. Free Coaching and Consultancy for Schools. 4. Free net practice facility for everyone. (Friday and Sunday). 5. Running three customs cricket teams. 6. Free Coaching for Customs Children. 7. Free net practice facility for Associations. 8. Free net practice facility for Veterans Cricket Association. Three months duration Free Coaching Program for U-17 boys (Academy Type) twice in a year. 10. CCA published Newsletter quarterly which is distributed all over cricketing world. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES . To provide a forum for the discussion, development and promotion of cricket coaching. . To look after cricket affairs of customs cricket teams viz. Customs First Class Team, Customs Colts and Customs Veterans Cricket Team. To help and be a part in develop and promotion of cricket in Customs particularly and Pakistan in general. To improve the standing of cricket coaches and players relating to cricket and cricket coaching. To assure the further enlightenment of cricket coaches and players into all aspects of the game and arrange courses and conferences accordingly. To develop and produce qualified cricket coaches from Level-I to Level-III and train young / talented players. To establish contact and liaison with various International Coaching Institutions to keep abreast with latest developments. To encourage patrons and members of the working committee to work in the best interest of the Academy and matters relating to cricket and coaching. To produce a journal quarterly. To raise funds through sponsorship / donations for the betterment and development of Customs Cricket Academy at international standard level. To maintain and update record of national coaches in order to utilize their services according to their skills and qualification.
